About Us

We are Steve and Jackie Jensen - parents of 3 teenagers, fans of the Iowa Hawkeyes, and freelance photographers who love what we do!

Jackie's been photographing friends, family and flowers for 25 years. It has always been a passion, not a hobby. She loves seeing someone's reaction to a special picture that seems to freeze time. Probably one of the nicest things ever said to her was "You don't take pictures - you capture moments."

Over the last few years we decided to partner up and start a photography business. Jackie reluctantly let Steve use a camera now and then - even after some of his shots were at times better than hers.

So now we keep busy shadowing individual athletes and teams for action shots, photographing events, capturing special moments, and having fun, relaxed photo shoots for casual portraits. We also are proud to shoot pixx for the athletics websites of several area schools.
